TILES ROOF

Types of Tile Roofs

1. Clay Tiles:
Composition: Made from natural clay that is shaped and fired in a kiln.
Styles: Includes both Spanish tiles (S-shaped) and Mission tiles (flat or interlocking).
Excellent durability, longevity (often 50-100 years), and natural resistance to fire. They also offer good insulation properties.

2. Concrete Tiles:
Composition: Made from a mix of sand, cement, and water, then molded and cured.
Styles: Available in a range of shapes, including flat, S-shaped, or interlocking.
Strong and durable, often more affordable than clay tiles, and can mimic the look of clay or even wood shakes.

3. Slate Tiles:
Composition: Made from natural slate stone, which is split into thin, flat pieces.
Extremely durable and long-lasting (up to 100 years or more), with a sophisticated appearance. Slate is also fire-resistant and environmentally friendly.

4. Synthetic Tiles:
Composition: Made from materials like rubber, plastic, or polymer composites designed to mimic traditional tile materials.
Lightweight, often more affordable, and designed to be resistant to various weather conditions. They can also be easier to install.
